Wai Keat leads the firm's tax practice and has represented clients before the LHDN and the Special Commissioners of Income Tax for close to two decades.

He plans the position before he files it — structuring transactions, preparing contemporaneous transfer-pricing documentation, and steering mid-market groups through the move to e-Invoicing without drama.

He is a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and a Chartered Accountant of the MIA, and speaks regularly at CTIM technical briefings.
