Datin Adlina Bakar

Adlina founded Evergreen Advisory in 2007 after fifteen years in the assurance practice of a Big Four firm, where she led audits of listed manufacturers and financial institutions.

She advises founders and boards on the decisions that outlast a single financial year — group restructuring, the shape of a fund-raise, the handover from one generation to the next. Clients keep her close for the same reason: she says what she thinks.

Adlina is a Fellow of the ACCA and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and sits on the audit committee of a Bursa Main Market company.
